I'm unfortunately sick again. :( My allergies are my asthma to flare up really badly. My family doctor put on a 5 day course of azithromycin(antibiotic) and 50mg prednisone a day. I feel really horrible!

Thanks for the hugs annette. I wish my family doctor had prescribed a nebulizer medication or I had picked up an expectorant. I only have an expectorant with cough suppressant which will just make things worse. I'm drinking lots of water, doubling my medications. I only have one saline nebule left for my nebulizer. I hope that my boyfriend's mother can take me tomorrow to go get some more nebules and an expectorant. My boyfriend gets off of work too late to pick up the expectorant. Also the pharmacy covers the shelves with the cough medication when they're closed. I'm sitting here with the windows closed because of pollen.

Earlier I had a really scary asthma attack where I felt like I was going to pass out in the shower. I was wheezing really badly. My inhaler helped. i just hope it doesn't happen again. My family doctor's office closed yesterday and isn't open again until this coming Thursday so she's no help! I'm taking a 5 day course of prednisone and azithromycin. I don't want to end up in the ER.

Bad night. I'm having racing thoughts about losing the babies again and I can't sleep. I'm hurting, cramping, having stomach aches, and have a bad migraine. My one day off and I can't sleep at all. I'm just tense. Mother's Day was rough on me. I'm just so sad. I'm feeling so hopeless tonight again. Panic attacks are very bad and flashbacks are scary. At least I remember the pill for my blood pressure and my vitamin. I might take some zofran too for this nauseous feeling. It's making things worse.

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time!*hugs* i hope that you will be able to get some rest! I only have two doses of prednisone left. Monday is a holiday and my family doctor's office is closed until Thursday! I'm worried that I should have been on a longer dose or been prescribed medication for my nebulizer.

sounds like we need to have a game night to preoccupy our health-mental and physical :)

No crafts because I don't have the patience for them. I used to draw but am too critical, always erasing. I've never really been into crafts. Do you do crafts annette?

some times :) what about scrapbooking? if you use to draw you will have an eye for designing pages?

I have nothing to really put in a scrapbook, not a bad suggestion though. I'm prednisone taper for a month to a bad asthma flare because of my allergies. My stomach is acting up. I hurt my right side sneezing really hard last night.

If my babies would have survived they would have definitely been here now because I was supposed to be taken the last week in May since Ava and Phoenix were twins. But they died and I miss them. This is a hard week. I couldn't stop crying last night. I got bronchitis somehow. I'm very sick and my fibromyalgia is at an all time flare. My sister clearly was annoyed I was mentally unable to go to her baby shower. I just want them back. I don't ever want to go to a baby shower ever again unless I've had a healthy living breathing baby already- not before. Going through this made me not trust anything or anyone anymore. I lost my sixth and seventh baby in late January. I feel like it was yesterday or better yet still today with the constant flashbacks. My Ava and Phoenix are gone and I'm crying thinking about how wonderful they would have been. I couldn't stop crying and looked to the sky and asked them if mommy could get some sleep. My boyfriend listened to it all and tried to comfort me but I wound up crying myself into two hours of sleep. It's not easy right now.

darknessember:I think some people make up scrapbooks not only of places they have been-but just of designs or maybe places you would like to visit or maybe things you like-just using colored paper to cut out shapes might be a start

I can understand that..how about an scrapbook on asthma and what can affect a person and what people can so about it etc..might be helpful to others-when you're up to it
