On the main forum sometimes members do a check in thread-so instead of coming here to find nothing new has been added-I will have this thread so we can atleast say"we were here" and we left our little foot prints or cane prints...just don't leave any cat or dog droppings please-might begin smelling up the place!

Sore, bloated, bowel issues. I've been having a rough time since surgery. They found a polyp during a sigmoidoscopy.

I hope you know I was just teasing ya about your dr..darknessember...I knew a lady online who kept having to undergo chemo and we would tease about her dr needing to clean his test screen

Yes, I know annette. Just having a hard time. Colon polyp was benign. Still having lots of cramping and pain. My surgeon said to wait a week and if I'm still having problems to do the stretching! That we may have to do it several times! I don't want to have to go through the sigmoidoscopy again! At leas the polyp is benign.

Would attaching you to a bungee cord and dangling you off a bridge stretch with less problems?

Lol annette! I think the stretching worked but now I'm having too many bowel movements a day. Having six to seven bowel movements a day makes me really sore. I'm sore from going out yesterday too! It hasn't been a year yet so there's still a long time before I find out which foods I can and can not eat. I have a short list of ones I can't eat which I know I will add to.

Surprise they don't have one that reads "poo poo britches" huh.
Just gotta give your body time to build up to doing more and more-then you will be telling arnold swartenegger to eat his heart out :)

Actually just soft stools not diarrhea thankfully. Thanks for making me smile annette! I'm really sore and tired from going out but I had a good time; and enjoyed my movie.

Happy Valentine's Day annette!(A day late but I hope it was nice for you!) I saw The Boy Next Door. It had some moments that made me jump and overall wasn't a bad movie. It followed the typical formula.
