  Hi All,Hope everyone is doing well.  I haven't posted in a few weeks, but had a bad day, and thought this may help.Just a quick recap, my ex and I broke up about six months ago, and have had no contact (except for the occasional head nod in passing) since I ended it.  He had a problem with alcohol abuse, and smokes weed three to four times a day.  We were together for three years, and let me tell you that he had some pretty bad episodes with PTSD (he was in the Marine Corps) during nights...

  Hi all, hope you've been having a good day.  I just had wanted a little perspective on how to deal with feelings of inadequacy after a relationship ends?  My relationship ended five months ago, and I had initiated the breakup (due to his issues with alcohol abuse, overuse of marijuana, lack of connection).  I really did feel relief until I found out he was dating.  Now I find myself feeling inadequate and comparing myself to what I imagine his new relationship is like.  It drives me nuts...
