  Just want to say.. that Ive just been or actually am right in the middle of being left by my girlfriend of 8 years.I dont really understand whats going on.It hurts like hell.. I am usually so level headed and calm.Right now im in a state of panic... intense anger and hurting more than a person should be allowed to.Im really, really not coping well.
