  Hi all,Its been 5 weeks since gastritis diagnosis and I still feel like shit. I am on 20 mg of Omeprazole and carafate and dont feel any better. My other major problem is I am severly anemic and have been for years. Since this stupid gastritis I cant take my iron suppliment or barely eat anything. So now not only do I have gastrits and stomach pain/nausea, I am dizzy and feel like Im dying from the anemia. Anyway my question is has anyone with anemia figured out how to suppliment iron without...

  Hi there, I am new to this site and this group. I was diagnosed with gastritis last week after the worst 2 weeks of my life and a trip to the ER. The weird thing is I am a super healthy eater, dont smoke, dont drink, dont eat spicy food, 105 lbs, etc. I dont fall into any of the categories "normal" for gastritis.
