  These things all ring true for me. I especially relate to number 3.http://upliftconnect.com/help-people-depression/I'm sharing this because it might help somebody communicate to their family, parent, child, friend, special person... So don't be afraid to email this link if you think that your supportive person in your life will be more receptive to laid out examples. Hugs to you all! The only moment you have to survive is the one you're in right now.

  I'm feeling like a wreck lately. It appears that I've got it together: I have a full time job, a house and a car, clothes to wear, food to eat, family, a boyfriend. But I feel like it can unravel at any moment, just as soon as somebody finds one of the loose threads. But I take a lot of sick days.
