  So I have G.A.D. and have panic attacks sometimes. A lot of times I will have physical symptoms of anxiety with no obvious cause. Like this morning, I woke up at 5:45 and was having trouble breathing. Here it is 4 hours later and I still feel like I can't get enough air. I've taken .25 mg of Klonopin and 1 Buspar today (both prescribed). I've done breathing exercises and nothing helps. Does anyone else experience this? It's really frustrating!!!  I'm at work and I can't leave...I also work...
