  its been 5 months since my husband left and he is happy moving on living this wonderful life without me and i feel like i am stuck, it was unexpected and out of the blue and i thought by now it would be getting easier but it is just getting harder, the longer he is gone the more real it becomes and it is harder to move on. I was doing great over the last couple of months i lost a ton of weight have made new friends got my confidence back and than suddenly its like a wave of darness came over...

  I find myself at time being okay. the first month i felt as though everything had ended even now i have moments were a song comes on or i see a photo or my brain says to me Lohren were is he and i completley lose it but were as my crying would at first consume me i have built the ability to get it out and move on for a few hours. i am using my walking machine every morening, than going to the gym every afternoon and than walking for an hour before bed every night and to my suprise it is...

  My husband who left me called the police last night as apparently he was scared for my well being.... i smiled nodded and they left.. a part of me wanted to scream no his right take me away lock me away but the other part of me thought.
