About Me
I'm a 17 year old girl who feels like she's lost the last 2 years (and 2 very important years) to various eating disorders. At first I was just "into health and running on the treadmill" but then as I stared to lose weight, I became obsessed with being skinnier and developed acute anorexia. I continued to maintain a very unhealthy low weight for almost a year. Going into my junior year of high school, with the stress of school and family issues, I just couldn't control my eating anymore, and I started binge eating. This has caused me to gain all the weight and more back, and although my BED is not nearly as bad as is was before, it still takes a toll on my life. I just don't feel like giving up though, so that's why I joined this online community. :-)
