  i have been dating this man for the past year. He slowly tore me doing with verbal emotional psychological and then physical abuse. The last time he hit me slapped hard across the face, punched my head and body I ended things. We went for a talk Wednesday and he had no remorse and suddenly I was begging to work things out meanwhile he said he needed a break. I am devastated. I know deep down he is not a good match for me but I can't sleep or eat because of all this.
