  As someone who is bipolar I have struggled with the connection of my disorder and the use of pornography. I'm aware of the relationship between a hieghtened sexual drive when manic and the resulting correlation between that and increased porn use. I am also aware of the fact that I use porn as a way to cope/deflect/manage feelings and emotions. I know that other people use porn in the same way.   Anyone out there spend most of your waking ours in a foggy haze? I'm aware of whats going on around me, but I'm having an almost impossible time relating it back to the narrative of my life. I don't know, maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I've spent a few weeks in the duldrums.
