Anyone out there spend most of your waking ours in a foggy haze? I'm aware of whats going on around me, but I'm having an almost impossible time relating it back to the narrative of my life. I don't know, maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I've spent a few weeks in the duldrums.

Yes! My mind feels like it's in a fog, pressure and no affect. I hate it. Hopefully it's the Zoloft causing it and I start lowering it tomorrow to get off it. Are you on meds?

Now that you mention meds, it might be the zyrtec I take for alergies. I hadn't even considered the side effects because without it I'm a walking snot bomb. I'll have to check in to it.

Have you tried Singulair? I've found it has many less side effects than the other allergy meds. I have to take them 24/7/365, my allergies are ridiculous and trigger migraines. I get so sick of people asking why I'm crying for nothing..lol...my eyes drip like a faucet, its maddening at times.
