  I dont understand my life / feelings.  I have been alone for so long plodding not doing great but coping.  Then the lonliness just got too much, back in February I made the decision to get myself out there.  I went on my first night out in over a decade with my one remaining friend it was reasonable night but we were just to nervous to talk to anyone so vowed to try again asap.  Then lockdown happened making that impossible.  The frustration and loneliness just grew and grew and Im really...

  I have been a member of this group since 2015 but did not get as involved as I should have.  This is the first time Ive been back in years.  My battle with depression has been ongoing for decades but lately Im struggling more than ever before.  Im very lonely and I have lead a very isolated life due to low self esteem, anxiety and just this awful feeling no one likes me - its so overwhelming.  I want to change this I want the next part of my life to be different but at the moment I dont...
