  Hi all! It's been a while since I've posted here.I’m a thirty-something gay guy living in a rural part of the country. Family brought me out here from a very busy metro area. It’s great here, but it can get a bit lonely. There’s no real gay scene here, and even if there was, I’d probably be too shy to join in :). Even when I lived in bigger cities, I never really socialized a lot. I guess self-consciousness gets in the way.Anyone else in a similar situation? Be happy to chat with you....

  Hi all,Over the past year, things have been a little difficult with my friends. I've ended several long-term friendships over trust issues. I won't go into a long story here, but what happened was enough to get me to stop trusting these people and, in turn, end the friendships. Without trust, a friendship is nonexistent, in my eyes at least.
