  I haven't been diagnosed with Crohn's, but it's apparently a possibility with some symptoms I've been having. Can any of you in this group relate to the following?:-Low ferritin/iron on several blood tests.-weight loss-Hair loss-spells of constipation lasting days- up to 10 days with no bowel movement-dark brown line on my upper lip/patches of dusky skin on forehead (melasma)-persistent pain in lower-right abdomen (near cecal-iliac valve) that comes and goes, along with a tight sensation when...
