  Does anyone have any ideas about how to tackle the following issue.  My ex husband lost his job and has been unemployed for four years.  He refuses to get another job.  Because I was the one with the full time job and all of the money -- retirement and salary -- I had to give him joint custody to keep my daughter in private school and to not have him make me poor with support and alimony.  On top of this, he had wracked up $40K in debt that I knew nothing about.  Fast forward four years...
