help
I am really struggling. My ex is really depressed and angry. I am actually really worried about his health and well being. I don't know what to do to help him. He is completely isolated -- no friends and distant relationships with family. He hates me because I am divorcing him. He stormed out of divorce counseling today half-way through. I want to call crisis couseling, but then he'll blame me for sabatoging his chances at custody -- but it is just because I am concerned about him. I just don't know what to do.

Hello debbie, I'm sorry you are in a horrible mood and sorry you are really struggling in your divorce. Its good you are in divorce counseling. Are you seeing a social worker?
There is a point where your exhusband makes the decision to take responsibility for his own life, his decisions. He has to decide to help himself or allow himself to wallow in self-pity. His depression and anger belong to him.
Time for you to move on. Are you having therapy a part from you ex?
This is time for you to decide how your own life will be, without your ex. Therapy for yourself, to help you work out what you want to do in your life.
My hope you will find your own life.
