I was wondering if anyone has spinal stenosis and/or protruding/bulging discs in addition to syringomyelia? I recently found out I have these issues which I think may be a strong contributing factor to my pain issues in particular. Thank you.

Anyone who has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia also have spinal stenosis and/or protruding/bulging discs? I feel that some of these issues may be playing an important part in at least the pain aspect of my fibromyalgia. Thank you.
Anyone have low B12 levels?

My B12 level is 184. I guess normal is 200-1100. My doctor's office just called to let me know about getting B12 shots since I guess the oral B12 doesn't work well. Anyone else going through this? Just wondering.Cheryl
