  Does anyone know if Lactaid brand milk is the same as store brand lactose free?

  I've read and heard that food allergies can possibly be the cause of CFS.  I tried going gluten free but it was hard.  Right now, I just found out that I may be lactose intolerant.  I've quit all straight dairy but my dr. said I can eat things with milk in them; she prefers that I do this.  Anyway, I feel awful.  My stomach and back itch, I'm bloated and uncomfortable, I am more tired then usual, and am just plain miserable.  Anyone else go through this?Also when researching the link, I...

  I have an almost 12 year old daughter with ADHD and some aspects of SPD. We are having problems with making sure she is clean after a BM. She seems to be in too much of a hurry and they aren't just little messes either. She also does not clean up and change on her own unless I happen to smell it. This has happened 3 times this week alone. I have talked to her about being clean and healthy and what will happen when puberty hits but it seems to just go in one ear and out the other.   Hello everyone, my 6 year old son had an edoscopy done about a year ago (checking to see if there was anything medically wrong because he's a picky eater) and they discovered that he had chronic inactive gastritis.  They also found lesions on his throat and esophagus but didn't know what they were.  They were tested and are benign.  They said it could be normal but I don't agree.  Does anyone else have an idea or have them too?  I also heard that he may have esophagitis.  Thanks!
