  I've been having a tingling sensation on the left side of my scalp and I'm starting to get worried about it it's a bad thing or I'm going to die or something :( I mean it goes ane comes and it's not like it's painful or hurts bad it's just a weird tingling feeling ? Like I know it's there and it's a bit annoying but that's it. I was Fine all day today but around 3:30 it started to happen

  I'm in my car for a appointment I mean it's not really a big deal just to apply to get insurance but idk my mind went back to the human / animal p*rn I watched a while back and I just keep thinking about if it makes me a bad person.   I struggle a lot with health anxiety it always jump from one thing or another and I hate it. Yesterday I was watching tiktok and a video popped up basically saying you could get thorat cancer from oral s*x. Im not sexually active and I know I shouldn't worry when I'm not but idk I guess i think of the future and worry about stuff like this since I don't want that happening to me.   Another vent about this cause I just need to let it out. Like the thing is I don’t want to like bestiality and idk I guess part of me is trying to figure out do I enjoy or like it?   So I had a appointment with a case manager I think? I forgot what she said she was tbh but as I was waiting in the lobby to be called. Anyway on the tv in the lobby something came up about saying how basically doing nothing such as sitting or something like that can cause cancer and diabetes and well that ruined my day I kept thinking about it since I myself am not that active atm since I've been depressed since my grandma passed away and it's just been hard to find the motivation.. plus I also...

  I just wanted to rant but.. truly hate my health anxiety... I've been to a therapist and even got put on meds to help my anxious thoughts but still I struggle on a daily basis of worrying about my health and I hate it.. I'm so afraid of hospitals or even the thought of having a surgery of any kind.. I've had my wisdom teeth removed but I tend to overthink surgery I guess the idea of them cutting your body part or whatever open scares me? I'm also terrified of needles and even though I have had...
