So I had a appointment with a case manager I think? I forgot what she said she was tbh but as I was waiting in the lobby to be called. Anyway on the tv in the lobby something came up about saying how basically doing nothing such as sitting or something like that can cause cancer and diabetes and well that ruined my day I kept thinking about it since I myself am not that active atm since I've been depressed since my grandma passed away and it's just been hard to find the motivation.. plus I also don't have any friends so it's not like I can ask someone to be like a work out buddy.. I hate being alone and worrying I just wish I could have some friends and stop overthinking so much.
