  It's been 6 weeks since I visited here. A few things have happened since then-I'm still in a bit of a hole. Im exhausted. Does anyone else experience mental/physical exhaustion from constantly being on edge? A wrong tone sends my adrenaline pumping until im shaking and just want to sleep.   Well, I manage fine for a while. And then I see my family too much or something happens. I stop eating again. Stop drinking water. Having nightmares. My thought patterns break me down until I have an episode.Laying down repeating "I hate myself" and wishing something would take me out already.   I had a rough weekend. But I'm used to "rough" so it feels normal. I know feeling the way im feeling now is not normal but I don't know how to get out of this. I've laid in bed for the last 4 hours contemplating suicide again. We're on a break. I'm supposed to be working through my problems and "healing" so my boyfriend and I can have a relationship and it feels ridiculous. Ridiculous because part of me believes I'll have broken pieces forever and I just have to learn how to manage it all...

  I was on a 2 day streak of being motivated and productive. Today, I slept nearly the entire day and pushed off my responsibilities.Again I find myself back in the hole. This pit of "why do this, it doesn't matter. Nothing I'm doing matters." Which in a spiritual sense, feels true.   I don’t know where else to find help. Or even someone who understands.I’ve been through therapy for years. I’ve seen a lot of progress with that but everyday I still carry this burden in my mind. I feel like I have a whole mountain to climb before my day even begins.
