  I've been in an off and on relationship or whatever this has been with this man for 4 years and my anxiety has reached through the roof and I don't know what to do. I can't believe I allowed myself to be in this constant state of nervousness, panic, worry, stress and fear from the way this man treats me and yet I am still here dealing with me.
