  So I work with mentally disabled individuals. Today one of my residents died. We just had one pass away a couple months ago too. Anyway yesterday I was helping throw a party for them and Greg wasn't looking like he was feeling good after the party we got told to take him to the ER. This man had never been affectionate to me almost ever. He wasn't someone who would hug people or hold their hand.   Does anyone else get super hyper fixated on needing a single thing and the anxiety from needing that thing keeps you awake? Because I grind my teeth in my sleep and haven't used my bite guard in months but tonight I can't stop thinking about it and I can't sleep. On the nights I can't sleep until super late  I have noticed I'm getting a lot more night terrors recently too. I wake up in a full out panic attack. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem too? And what do you do to help fix...

  Does anyone else get super hyper fixated on needing a single thing and the anxiety from needing that thing keeps you awake? Because I grind my teeth in my sleep and haven't used my bite guard in months but tonight I can't stop thinking about it and I can't sleep.
