  I've been able to get some more stuff done and felt some improvements but now at the same time I'm at the point where I just can't even watch anime without feeling anxiety or depressed or something, it's hard to motivate myself to do anything. Back in highschool I felt like I could do almost anything I want while being tied down to school and homework but now with more free time on my hands it's just hard to get anything done productive or not productive. I don't want to be fully idle in life...

  I'm literally stuck I can't do anything anymore I can barely type and after all the events. I'm not even sure what to type here and I don't know what to think about my future...I'm literally just stuck and can't do anything. I can't even play my switch anymore and just after my chain of events that happened including my father disowning me I'm stuck. I'm lost and stuck
