Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

You are in the right place, and writing things out should help you to see things in a more logical manner, although we can not be there physically for you, we are here to support you.
Let us know later how you are feeling, ok?
Unfortunately no I haven't spoken to a counselor or therapist I'm out in the middle of nowhere with not a lot in my town. (Kinda the reason I ended up here). I've gotten so unmotivated to do hobbies (I can barely play my xbox which is something I always liked doing). I try not to say I'm depressed or have anxiety because I heard just saying that makes it worse. Also back then when they didn't have names for depression or anxiety or things like that so when people got them they just moved on in life. Well that's what I'm just trying to do right now but it's so tiring
People didnt just move on in life they ended up in bad places and there was less support than there is now. I would much rather be alive now in a time where people are more open (not completely by any means) to mental health. It shouldnt just be brushed under the carpet as it makes the stigma worse.
It reminds me of Tony Soprano, big tough guy telling the psychologist why cant he just be one of the big strong silent types just going about his business without depression. If depression worked like that none of us would have it.
Thing's are about the same I guess idk how to get any good "Change" because my life seems to be changing for the worst
