Still feeling lost

I'm literally stuck I can't do anything anymore I can barely type and after all the events. I'm not even sure what to type here and I don't know what to think about my future...I'm literally just stuck and can't do anything. I can't even play my switch anymore and just after my chain of events that happened including my father disowning me I'm stuck. I'm lost and stuck
