Just take your own time in doing that needs tobe done don't push your self I know how you feel with anxiety give your self a plan what needs tobe done start with the most important things then the least but just do everything in your time maybe relax in between doing the jobs. But don't over do it. Sorry I can not give you any better advice. .
Are there things that interest you? Hobbies and stuff you like doing? Get into doing those things. It gives you something to look forward to working on each day.
Spend time doing stuff with your family, friends, do you have a dog, etc. Keep busy. Go outside, get fresh air, take a walk. All these things done outside help you to feel better.
