  Im not quite sure what to do anymore, my mind is still fixating on things and now its getting to the point where i can't tell if my thoughts are real or just anxiety thoughts. I have breakdowns every morning and night. I wake up with soo much anxiety that my chest hurts. I bought a journal but that doesn't seem to be helping. I tend to zone out now and lose track of what i was doing. I cant remember anything anymore. Ive exhausted my friends with relentlessly telling them abt my fixations but...

  Ive been having panic attacks lately and i don't know how to stop them. After everything that happened with the wallet situation I finally calmed down after telling him what i did. Then this morning I remember something i did a year ago when me and my current boyfriend were broken up and not on good terms now I'm panicking because i keep feeling like I cheated on him when i know i didn't.   My boyfriend left me at his house yesterday when he went to run errands and forgot his wallet. Being the extremely curious person that i am i wanted to see what his license looked like. Then i started looking through even More stuff and found a picture of his old girlfriend from 3 years ago. It was with some old papers that im sure he just didn't know was in there.   I was told today in therapy that i do not suffer from intrusive thoughts but fixations where my brain gets fixated on things that cause me anxiety. I'm glad that I'm getting a better understanding of what's going on in my brain. Knowing whats going on better helps me control it, kinda hard to control something that you don't understand. I guess that's my good news for today

  Yesterday while i was at work my guy coworker came up and started talking to me and i thought nothing of it because we are friends, then I realized he was trying to flirt with me and saying nasty things. I thought it was funny at first then it gave me anxiety and started to bother me. Now he and his name are stuck in my head just as every other thing that gives me anxiety does.
