  Everyday I fake being well. I have urinary fibroids also know as uterine leiomyoma.It goes way beyond heavy month cycles.It effects me, even when.. I am not on my cycle.Effects my mood,sleep habit,the way my body responds to food,dry skin,anxiety,depression,worry lot(more than usual).Unable to keep a stable job because once my cycle comes .And I have a job then cycle causes me to  require several days off.Then the employer starts to notice the pattern  after awhile.It began to get worst as I...

  Happy New Year EveryoneThis year, I hope... it would be different. I have seen two specialist last year,got an ultrasound,search for  fibroids removal surgery options .First doctor recommended a fertlity clinic ,eating foods rich in iron(salad 3 times a day).Salad should be uncooked spinach,kale and broccoli. Second doctor suggested iron supplements because I am very anemic.Ultrasound shown- I have several and different sizes fibroids and they are everywhere .My ovaries are fine,overall...
