  You know when people flatline in the movies?  That long, low, buzz/beep sound?  That's my life.  I have lost all interest in so many things.  I hate that the person I used to be is not here anymore!  I used to care about looking nice, being organized, staying on top of my work both at home and at work.  Now, I stare.  I just stare.  I sit for hours staring at what I need to do and I want to do it all so badly but I don't.  I just stare.  Inside I'm screaming, "Just do it!"  Outside,...

  I woke up a couple of hours ago after only three hours of sleep with intense anxiety.  I'm feeling much better now.  I'm still struggling to go back to sleep because I fear I will wake with that feeling again and it's such an awful feeling.  Still, our Father is watching out for me and I am grateful for that!  I missed services earlier today.  I think I will go in and watch the video recording of the service to get my soul and spirit rejuventated.  I believe in God and I know he is...

  I love our God!  I know He exists and is here and there and everywhere.  I love Him.  I must confess my faith has declined over the years after the passing of my mom.  I have really put a wedge between myself and God and I wonder if God is trying to break my stubborness of will so I can let him back in my heart.  This may be the reason I have been experiencing anxiety concerns about feeling unsafe, etc.  I don't know.  I get so confused.  Does anyone have any thoughts regarding these...

  I get horrible sleep!  Fact!  I am so tired and so irrated right now!  I am a calm and peaceful person, I promise!  I can't even kill bugs!  I woke up panicky this morning and thank God that went away because that's the worst!  The irritability remains!  I just want to have a big fit and scream and yell right now!  I feel just awful!
