Yes your body does definitely go into that fight or flight mode. I get that feeling like everything around me is closing in on me and I need to get the heck out of wherever I am. Then I feel safe and calm. My skin starts to sweat and feel uncomfortable. I don't want to talk to nobody. So I just focus on getting away from everybody. I can totally relate. It's not a good feeling. Thank you for your comment. Italianmomma4ever
Isn't it the most awful feeling? It scares me and I can't stay still. It's like I need to keep moving. I get very edgy. Sometimes I will try to break through it. But there are times I need to run. It was nice to meet you. Thank you for your comment.
Sorry to hear your mom is going through it. I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. I always think something is wrong or something is gonna happen to me. What does your mom do when she feels like this? Italianmomma4ever
The heaviness, unable to move, and the lack of energy.
My body shakes my hands and legs. Especially my legs. It's hard to keep my balance sometimes. Then the dizziness kicks in. I feel like I lost control and freeze. I usually will lay down if I can and try to relax. Or sit down. Thanks for your comment. It sucks to feel this way. Italianmomma4ever
Yes I just mentioned that to Kisses about feeling frozen.
I feel like I'm caring around a ton of bricks and it's hard to move because of the weight I'm feeling. It mentally and physically drains me. I have to rest afterwards. I understand how you and Thor feel. It's bad!!! Thank you for your comment. I'm glad I'm not alone. Italianmomma4ever
For me, I start to feel a bit irritable for no reason, but when I am going into an anxiety attack I start feeling very shaky and my heart beats really fast and I just have a heavy feeling in my heart. If it happens during the night, I tend to clench my teeth.
