  so it's been a rough day I had panic attacks and anxiexty that's been so strong and over powering went to court today and yet it did not go well at all. O seen him and flashbacks came racing through my mind. I felt that my heart just dropped all the way down. It was very exhausting and overwhelming.   I've been so depressed today. I just feel like not being here or waking up and trying the day over. Everything hot me so hard today. I feel like no one is here for me.   So lately I have been going through a lot with my ex and one of the things that happend was I found some pictures on his phone and it triggered my abuse sexually from my cjildhood. I reported everything that I found a suspect that my four year old daughter may be involved. I was told today there was not enough to open up a investigatuo.   So having PTSD I think I am always in my head and my PTSD stems from many diffrent things abuse rape many deaths the marine corps. We who suffer with this all have are own demons so I got thinking tonight and wrote this.   so I been self harming in mamy ways for a very long time. Lastly things have gotton so rough the urges get stronger and and stronger the other night I you d something very horrifying on my exes phone then found out something even more horrifying. The urge I have to self harm right now is unbearable I got three kids though that's the only thing stopping me. I got stuff sitting by my bed that I could easily use. I need to do something.
