  I made the mistake of paying attention to the wrong guy. He asked me out, and I said no. Then he decided to harass, stalk and bully me. I feel trapped inside my home or that of my friend or bf, the only places I feel safe. When I go out in public I dress as a man because I'm so afraid of something happeneing to me again, whether by his hands or somebody else. I don't know how to get my life back

  The counselor I've been working with says I have no mental health issues. If this is true, I'm wondering why I still feel the need to cut myself. I wish I knew what is causing it. I was screened twice for mental illness (though not by a psyciatrist, there are none in the area where I live, I was screened by a doctor and an intellectual disability therapist) and it came back with GAD. I'm very confused on who I should believe more

   never thought I'd turn 18. Now I have and I'm graduating, all these things I never thought I'd get to do. But it feels hollow because I know i won't last to have much of an adulthood. What would be the point anyway

  Hey everyone. I was getting serverely bullied in high school before it was shut down for corona, but now that I'm getting over it I have some rando from my new college in my DMs saying the exact same crap. Inuslting my relationship, religeon, and so on. I already blocked her because who has time for that noise but I guess I just wanted to vent because it's the most I really can do. Hope you all are feeling well and supported. This has been such a helpful group for me recently

  Hi everyone. I had an anxiety attack last night and I was able to take care of myself better than usual. I have a routine for my anxiety attacks, and thought I would share on the off chance that it could help anyone. I can't do this routine every time, but in the middle of the night I'm at home and have acess to all these supplies.1. Get a bucket or go in the bathroom in case I throw up. Wash my face if it's overheating/sweating.2. Take some pain medecine, like Ibuprofin. I'm small so I usually...

  I've been feeling very suicidal and experiencing pain for weeks in a row, but today a family member who I was sure I was about to lose recovered from covid. Not only that, but my sick cat is improving health wise. I'm not sure how long this break from the suffering will last but I am greatful and was so excited I wanted to share. I'm here for you all.
