  I was in an abusive relationship two years ago. It ended in November of 2021. I was with him for 6 months. He hit me made me do everything for him and made me have sex with him every night. Granted he didn't hold me down. But I constantly said no and he preceded anyway. I moved out shortly after that ( family troubles) but I just moved back in this week with my current girlfriend. She had to stay back this week for work. But I'm struggling. Constant flashbacks. Sounds, smells, a million things...

  I juet wanted her to see me. To actually see me. My words werent working anymore. It felt like talking to brick wall. I thought leaving would make her see me. To see that I was in pain.   I feel like I'm drowning. But not the part right before you die. The part where you feel like you have to take a breathe but you know if you do it's game over. I realized today I've been holding my breathe. And I don't know for how long. Maybe years. My whole life I've had my future planned out. And now that I'm 18 and starting to do it. I know it's not what I want. I tried telling my parents. And they basically said I'd be a disapointment. I don't understand, my whole life my mom was my BEST...

  *self harm triggers* I dont know what to do anymore. I'm so lost. I'm in so much pain. The dersire to cut is getting stronger and stronger. Tonight I was shaving and accidentally nicked myself. I'm scared that's my breaking point. The blood running down my leg...the pain from the water over the cut. I'm 6 months clean from cutting. But is it worth it? I miss it. And things are so hard for me right now. I honestly don't know what to do. I'm miserable. I'm living each day hating myself and my one...
