  Thank you to all of you who responded to my first post! It helped me immensely. Unfortunately, I started anxiety spiraling again shortly thereafter. My symptoms of my health problems are persisting, which led me to consult google more and more.I’m so anxious it’s now affecting my ability to sleep.   I'm new here, but I've always struggled with anxiety.  When I was a little girl, I had anxious feelings, but no one ever told me that's what I was feeling.  It wasn't until I was in my late teens that I realized on my own, it was anxiety and also depression.   I have been treating it without medication since I was 20, I have seen numerous therapists, stopped drinking alcohol and caffeine, started meditating, eating healthy, and cutting toxic people out of my life.  It has helped immensely,...
