  I am new to this group and wanted advice. I was on hydromorphone for four years. Most reason was from accident on the job that the dr placed six screws in my arm. Anyhow my rhematology Dr prescribed it. My body has become dependst on it and the continued cycle of needing more made me decide to get off of it. This added with the opioid issue in the USA. There are truly people that need pain meds and I just get irate on those that have abused it. I’m tapered down to 6mg this month. Let me tell...

  How do anyone that has gone thru this hell turn there brain off from worrying. I worry if he will get into an accident or after going to do an errand will come home hours later because he was drinking. Everyone I talk to says take care of yourself. My depression is bad along with severe anxiety. My Dr placed me on Buspar but I have to taper off my remeron for 10 days. This life is complete hell. I commend everyone of you that have left and made another life.

  I just joined this group and reading over everyone’s comments I to can relate. I have been married 31 years to an alcoholic. In 2017 he went to an inpatient treatment facility. He goes to AA meetings but continues to relapse. I am so in tune to him that the minute he hits the front door I know he has been drinking. My fear of him driving drunk and killing someone or himself haunts me. I then worry will they take everything we have if he does cause an accident. I have been thinking of getting...
