  I just started planning out what my senior year is going to look like so I can graduate on time. I'm going to have 16+ credits each term and on top of that soccer. It's really stressing me out because i want to graduate in 4 years.

  Every since I came to college, my vaping habits have been terrible. I do it so often and others around me also vape so it's hard to stop. I do it when i'm stressed, bored, around my friends, while i'm driving, and right before I go to sleep.

  I believe my diet has been descent, not healthy but not extremly bad either. I want to improve my healthy eating habits but being a college student, my budget is limited and i'm not really an expert on cooking healthy food.

  Lately, i've been feeling very out of it when it comes to soccer. We've had 2 practices this week already and I haven't had any motivation at both practices. I feel that i haven't been giving my best efforts at practice and it's extremely unfair to my team since they've been working extremely hard. I don't know whether i'm just tired or i'm starting to lose love for the game. I want to continue to play soccer but i'm not sure how to get my motivation back.

  Spring is here and all the flowers are starting to bloom. My allergies get extremely bad due to all of the pollen flying around in the air. I'm wondering if there are any medicine I can take to reduce and help my allergies.

  I am a student athlete and at the end of each day, I am so physically and mentally drained. I'm either stressing about school and all the work I need to do for the week or soccer and when am I going to have time to squeeze in my studying. Any suggestions on how to deal with all of this ?

  In the last year and a half, i've been buying an unreasonable amount of shoes and everyone I know thinks so. Its hard not to buy them because I feel that I need a shoe to match every outfit. How do you stop yourself from buying something?

  I'm a college athlete and I find it hard to keep up with school, soccer, AND getting extra fitness work in. For soccer, our coach wants us to work out 3 times a week with Volt, and 3 extra technical trainings on top of our 3 practices a week. Do any of you have any suggestions of what motivates you to go and work out?
