  I have been really trying to limit my dairy intake. So I got a latte with almond milk, then I go and order a sandwhich with cheese...I need to be more strict with myself about dairy in my diet. I have switched a lot of my products to soy or non-dairy. I did try a non-dairy cheese. It was the worst thing I have ever had! I feel like cheese and ice cream is my weekness.   I feel like I am decent at time management. I make sure to have all my stuff put down in a planner, but do forgot to check it sometimes. I do feel like I procrastinate a lot when it comes to studying for my test. I do it to myself. I tell myself everytime I am going to start studying earlier, but here I am again procrasinating. I hate myself everytime I do this. I wait till the last day and then ending up feeling overwhelmed with all the stuff I have to do.

  I am taking a heavy load of classes this term, plus I am a collegiate althlete. I have had to cut some stuff out of my life to be able to do everything and find time for myself. This term I am having trouble finding motivation in a couple of my classes. I have been putting more effort into certain classes and my sport and other classes have been taking a toll becasue of it. I need help with how to get motivation to put an effor in these certain classes.

  I definitely eat way to much sugar during my day. I find myself snacking on sweet and unhealthy snacks during the day instead of healthy ones. What our some tips to eliminating sugars from my diet?

  I do have trouble controlling my emotions when I get overwhelmed. I get in moods where everything just irritates me and I end up having and outburst at people over small things. I let everything build up inside before I end up yelling at someone for something dumb. I realize after I have calmed down that I came off in the wrong way. When I try to not snap at someone when I am angry it ends up coming of in other emotions, mostly tears. I guess I let things build up, because I feel like I can't...

  I have a hard time removing dairy products from my diet. I have traded milk & yogurt for soy products. I have a hard time not eating products with cheese, because the non-dairy taste like crap. What are some tips to help transiton to fully non-dairy?

  I have really been trying to work on my time management. I use a planner and it works sometimes. I am good at writing in what I have to do, but I struggle with checking in with it each day to see what I have coming up. Does anyone have any recomondations on how I can improve being constant of checking my planner?
