  My partners just left me because he said he hates me. I’m on the verge of losing my job because of something he did. My sons undergoing tests for autism and other complex conditions. My mom and dad never took to me, and my dads just had his leg amputated and he’s turned so nasty. My mom doesn’t want to know anymore and just critisises me every time I go round.   I really feel pushed to the limit now. Everytime I can sense stress coming on, I just literally feel myself shut down. It can happen if more than one person is talking to me (very common as my son interrupts A LOT) or when my partner wants the last say in an argument. I just break down and I just cry, I can't help it and don't know what to do. I can't say anything during these mini breakdowns and thoughts of suicide and self harm just come flooding in.   After a 3 month break I'm back. I guess I started to feel better but I've dipped. The Mirtazapine was working, I went on holiday end of march and forgot to take it with me. Came back and I noticed I'd dropped a few pounds, I wasn't as hungry anymore and I didn't feel so tired all the time. I felt fine for the first few weeks, but now I've reached an all time low.I really don't have anybody to talk to; my CBT therapist advised me to speak to someone I'm close with. But who? I am the black sheep...

  I'm finding this journal a really useful outlet to start to understand my symptoms, things I just consider "daily life". Something I've noticed I do a lot is "people watch" ie; at work, in a shop, even out in the street I'll just watch people talking. You know just to see how they do it, something completely alien with me.I'll watch how they keep their conversation flowing, how eye contact is made throughout, a mixture of serious and laughter is incorporated into it to keep it interesting, how...
