  Will it ever be enough that I feel good just being me?  When will I feel I don't have to prove myself and worth to others?  Why can't I ever just be happy just being me?  I love being able to help other be happy and find the freedom to just "be".  Be themselves, happy with good enough and not having to do it all for everyone, why don't I cut myself the same slack?  Why don't I ever feel good enough?  Why do I feel like I am always self-sabotoging my own life?  Like I just get to the...

  I feel overwhelmed.  Happy, sad, tired, energized, pulled in all sorts of directions, but at the same time like I have no idea where to go. Sunday, really hit me hard.  I was so angry with myself.  Why can I be so easy going and understanding with everyone else, yet so hard on myself?  We put my mother in law in a nursing home Friday (bitter sweet for me) I have been providing a majority of her care physically and emotionally for 15 years now (she is 85 soon to be 86).  I felt so much...

  I am having trouble finding the courage to believe in myself.  Believe that the person I am with is not sabotaging my happiness and growth as person for his own.  When I feel the confidence to pull myself up and get away he somehow turns things around and makes me feel like I have done something wrong and like I am not putting enough into our relationship.  Why can't I speak up for myself?  Feel good about myself long enough to do something except cry...inside and out?
