  Got a call from an endocrinologist today. Apparently my doc called them to schedule an appointment with me because my blood tests for my thyroid were abnormal. I am slightly irritated because my doctor has not called me to tell me this, and I was shocked to get a call about that because I had yet to be informed.   Well, on Monday I couldn't take it any longer and went ahead and got a doctor's appointment since the swoolen hard lymph node had yet to go down.The doctor had some blood tests done for my thyroid and I am going in to have an ultrasound on my thyroid on Monday at 1pm. I am so nervous. She didn't sound very concerned, but she also didn't sound not concerned. I am hoping there is just something off with my thyroid at this point.   So, I’ve been avoiding this website so that I could give myself some time and space away from dwelling on what is going on with me.   I think I may suffer from HPPD. Just a mild case if I do. I have mildly static vision and when I look at anything there is an afterimage in my sight for a few seconds afterward. Even if I'm watching my hands while I'm typing on the computer, when I look up at the screen, I can see an outline of my hands on the screen. Things like that happen all day. At night, bright lights are blinding. There is a slight trail behind moving lights at night, but not too bad. I have tinnitus that I only notice...

  I am not feeling well at all. Yesterday, I decided to hang out with some friends of mine. I rarely drink, but we went balls to the wall and I ended up staying over because I couldn't drive. It was an awesome and fun time, but I woke up this morning with really weird vision and still the same pain in the front of my neck and swollen node.I don't ever want to drink again.
