  Finally got a really good night's sleep in along time but I woke up in a full blown anxiety attack, ended up staying in bed longer then I should have.  Trying to get motivated to do some house work so far not so much. It's Jan 3rd no one has called to check on me or wish me a happy new year. I fell abandoned yet again and pathetic.

  I was married for 21 years my wife left me and she was involved in some way with my only brother. I was on DS in the past and that's where I met my next longest relationship.   I live alone I am doing hemo at home and I work from home. I am now being told I am not producing enough urine and I may have to start doing day time exchanged. I am filled with anxiety and very depressed. I have a hard time get to sleep and then it's even harder getting up. Trying to figure how I can have a life while working and either going in center or doing exchanges during the day. I am feeling overwhelmed and wondering why I keep going.
