Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
It sounds really harsh, hurting yourself will not do any good. You might be stronger than what you think. Try to cultivate a good healthy relationship with yourself. Money is sometimes an issue but in the end, we all survive the struggles. You are capable to do this on your own. Be brave, be kind to yourself. Monitoring your thoughts and what you say to yourself is important, love yourself, eat healthy, workout a bit and you will slowly start to feel better and have a clear mind.
All the best for you, hopefully with some time and work on yourself you will be able to overcome this situation.
Look around, don't worry about being alone. You can make friends just as easy as you can find a lover. Being alone does not have to mean your lonely.
Keep trying..... Keep finding reasons.....
Instead of focusing on all you don't have why not focus on what you do have and how it could benefit others. It's a common belief that volunteering is one of the most fulfilling activities there are. You get the interaction, you get the great feedback, the activity, the liveliness and the knowledge that you're passing something positive on.
Even if you've got physical restrictions consider volunteering even where you're grounded for treatment. There's always a need somewhere.
Try to do that, Lostinutah. Try to give yourself some love and comfort even if just for now, even if they choose not to give it to you. You are a living , breathing human being and for that alone you deserve to be happy, even if just for this moment in time. That's in fact, one reason to live... to be happy in THIS moment in time. Many people live a lifetime of wealth and success, and still fail to do that!
I know that is very hard for you right now, and I honestly do not know why life has to be so exceptionally cruel sometimes. But remember - everybody dies, but not everybody lives!
Please keep us updated. We have lots of love for you here.
Hugs
For half a year I could not come to my senses,
I was fired from my job, almost all my friends turned away and I did not at all. It's good that my brother took the situation into his own hands and brought me to his senses.
Restored at the former place of work, single, I rest with these service https://escortauckland.info/eve-gc and do not limit myself in anything!
I am currently living alone and purposeless as well. Loneliness hits hard often and easy, but I find that it helps when you make self progress whether big or small. Just the other day, I moved to a new living space (just a tiny rented room) and organised the place... and it’s made me I feel a lot better! Going out for a walk on a weekend morning helps me set my mood for the whole day. I also started talking to people around me more - and it’s made me realise that I’m not as lonely as I thought.
Please give it a try Lostinutah. Allow yourself to breathe, and enjoy the little things. It’s hard but after all that suffering you’ve been through, you owe it to give yourself love and happiness regardless or not if someone is willing to give it to you. And I urge you to try not to jump back into dating rightaway, at least not on dating sites. I understand how hard it is to be lonely, but those sites are crawling with scammers - it would be better if you could start by making friends, either in real life or online (but be careful still online - never give away your money at all costs!)
I’m sorry this is so long but I truly hope you feel better soon. Hugs
