  I really needed this reading today from In This Moment Devotional,"In this moment, I am aware". My codependent thinking raised its ugly head today and filled me with self doubt. Thoughts like... I'm being too hard on my AH, I should lighten up and give him another chance even though he's still drinking and behavior /choices the same.   This is my first post in this group. I live with a high functioning AH. I'm in alanon & CoDA now working getting stronger and listening to my HP. I've finally detached (boy, is that hard!). So I no longer try to manage his drinking.This is my dilemma....our home is stocked with alcohol. From beer, wine to high end scotch, ect. I'd say hundreds of dollars worth. I haven't done anything... meaning I've not removed it. I keep thinking it's not up to me to get rid of it all, I'm not the alcohol...
