  Idk why but I'm always worried about my parents. I have this fear of them both dying on me even though I know they aren't going anywhere. Yet I still worry about them. And my anxiety takes over and gets to a really high level when I don't hear from them for a couple of hours or more. My dad lives in Florida but still when he doesn't answer it drives me up a wall and when I don't hear from my mom at certain times of the day when I know she's around I get very anxious.
