If you're a sports fan I'd suggest watching this past years superbowl. Always turns things around in a positive way for me.
You can take comfort in routine. It might feel boring but it's what keeps us ticking over. Especially us folk prone to depression, having a schedule kind of forces us to keep going (like autopilot) until the mood lifts. Try to take some joy from the little things.
