  Ok, so when I was 20 years old I found out I was pregnant. I was so scared and had no idea what to do. I was young and with someone who I honestly didnt see myself spending the rest of my life with.   So I don't know where I am at with my feelings right now.. I am confused, hurt, angry, and sad. My father and I haven't spoke in a month. I went to my step sisters sweet 16 which was at his house on Saturday. I felt so uncomfortable. On the drive there my anxiety was on overdrive.   So I recently posted about the issues I am having with my father. Basically wanting to cut all ties as he is toxic but before I do that I feel like I need to at least tell him why and how he makes me feel. My concern is that things will get heated and out of control. Is it worth it to talk to him? Do I leave it be? Do I tell him everything I have been bottling up? Any advice??
