  Is it normal to feel so much hurt and pain years after my daughter disclosed abuse and her dad went to prison.  Some days I'm fine. Others I can't cope. It's so hard because people can't understand. I work with victims of abuse...Seen my ex father in law the other day..it's been a tough couple of days. Any advice is appreciated x
