  I’m a pre-transition FtM with no binders or packers and no friends who understand and know how to help comfort me. Are there any methods you would recommend for helping myself get rid of dysphoria and comfort myself?

  Ever since I came out as trans to my parents about 1-2 years ago, they’ve been in denial. They don’t believe I’m trans and refuse to support me, thinking I’m just mentally ill and need to be “fixed”. They say things like “Tying down your boobs isn’t gonna help.” and “You’ll never have a dick.” It really hurts and I can’t do anything to get them to stop saying harmful things.
